More than housing: a home
The Kettle Society supports 400+ units of housing. Our Housing & Licensed Care programs provide individuals with housing that feels like home.
We’re proud to note that our services help to prevent and reduce hospital care while providing residents with the opportunity to improve daily living skills and quality of life, promote personal recovery, and become part of a community.
Our Kettle Housing and Licensed Care staff bring an in-depth understanding of the role that mental illness, trauma, and substance use play in the lives of the people we serve. We are committed to delivering services that are client driven, non-judgmental, and collaborative.
Our supportive housing work is guided by a psychosocial rehabilitation model, which promotes personal recovery, improved quality of life, and community re-integration for people living with mental health challenges.
We bring the following values to our work:
Person-centered, compassionate, and flexible services
A caring and strength-based approach
Commitment to a recovery philosophy and a safe supportive environment
