Enrichment programs
Kettle art show
Each year, as part of the Eastside Culture Crawl, we display over 1,000 works of art from artists across Vancouver with lived experience of mental illness.
Kettle camping
Each year, we take 50 of our clients on a 4-day camping trip to Camp Jubilee. Here, campers have the opportunity to swim, hike, kayak, sing, roast marshmallows around a campfire, and much more!
Kettle choir
Research shows that arts programs help individuals who have been stigmatized and isolated by mental illness regain visibility and rediscover their voices.
Writing group
Expressive writing can be a way for people to process and heal from trauma. It can also be a way to express emotions, and share experiences.
